This itinerary moves with intention. It begins with the ascent from Nairobi, past the equator at Mount Kenya's shoulders, into the frontier town of Isiolo. It transitions into the vast white expanse of the Chalbi Desert, where we navigate dunes and share fireside stories under a canopy of stars. The journey reaches its zenith at Lake Turkana, interacting with the El Molo community and gliding across the "Jade Sea" at sunset, before a triumphant return to civilization and comfort at Sarova Shaba.

Day 1. Nairobi - Kargi
Journey into the northern frontier <ul> <li>Early departure from Nairobi (5am). Drive via Nanyuki with the sun rising from Mt. Kenya. Have a minor stop for a bathroom break and take refreshments.</li> <li>Stop in Isiolo to refuel and continue through the dramatic l andscapes. Eat packed lunch on the way.</li> <li>Arrive in Kargi . Set up camp, settle and prepare for tomorrow's adventure.</li> </ul>

Day 2. Chalbi Desert- North Horr
I nto the vast white expanse <ul> <li>Depart Kargi after breakfast and head toward the Chalbi desert.</li> <li>Visit Bagasi and see the manyattas. Have bbq lunch. Have a cultural experience with the community.</li> <li>Stop at the sand mountain for dune hiking.</li> <li>Drive to North Horr, set up camp and have dinner. Watch the stars.</li> </ul>

Day 3. Lake Turkana
The Jade sea <ul> <li>Depart early morning to Loiyangalani.</li> <li>Stop and watch the lake as we have breakfast. </li> <li>Drive into the town. check in at the lodge. </li> <li>Relax for a while. Have lunch.</li> <li>Visit the El molo village. Interact with the community. Shop . Give the tribe a highlight of the community.</li> <li>Visit the Loiyangalani desert museum. </li> <li>Go for a boat ride and watch the sunset.</li> <li>Go back to camp, have dinner and rest.</li> </ul>

Day 4. Isiolo
The journey south begins <ul> <li>Leave early in the morning while watching the sunrise.</li> <li>Pack up and leave for Isiolo mid morning.</li> <li>Stop at the wind power project. Take pictures and then continue with the journey.</li> <li>Pass by buffalo springs for a swim.</li> <li>Check in at Sarova Shaba and have lunch.</li> <li>Settle in. swim and relax.</li> </ul>

Homeward bound <ul> <li>Have breakfast at the hotel.</li> <li>Check out and start the journey back home.</li> </ul>
