Uzbekistan - Timeless Beauty of the Silk Road

Uzbekistan is the jewel of the Silk Road — a land of ancient cities, magnificent Islamic architecture, and legendary hospitality. This 4-day, 3-night journey is anchored in Tashkent, the nation's cosmopolitan capital, with an escape to the breathtaking Chimgan Mountains.

In Tashkent, explore the striking contrast between the modern city and its historic heart. Visit the Khast Imam Complex housing the world's oldest Quran, admire the ornate madrasas and mosques, and experience the vibrant energy of Chorsu Bazaar — one of Central Asia's oldest markets.

Venture beyond the city to the Chimgan Mountains, known as the "Switzerland of Uzbekistan." Ride the cable car for panoramic views of snow-capped peaks, hike through pristine alpine meadows, and breathe the crisp mountain air. A perfect blend of culture, history, and nature.

"This is an excellent guide and car service which we used in Nairobi and also on an overnight trip to the Homa Peninsula. They came highly recommended by an NGO that works in Kenya and we are glad we hired them. Mike was an exceptional driver on many different road conditions! We travelled in a comfortable Land Cruiser Prado to rural dirt paths and crazy urban traffic jams. He also was very knowledgable. It was reasonably priced and very flexible with our changing schedule."
